Agreement

By using datadrivenapisnetwork.digital and engaging Data Driven Apis Network for application analytics services, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Services

We provide informational consulting and analytics engagements related to API traffic intelligence—including audits, attribution design, traffic pattern mapping, and retainers. Website pricing is informational only. A written statement of work or quote defines deliverables, fees, and timelines for paid work. We do not process payments or operate checkout on this site.

Client responsibilities

You supply accurate access, data samples, and contacts needed for the engagement. You remain responsible for your production systems, credentials, vendor contracts, and compliance obligations. We do not accept liability for outages caused by changes you implement after receiving our artefacts.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final artefacts delivered for your engagement (maps, schemas, checklists, and written briefs). We retain rights to our underlying methods, templates, and know-how, and may reuse non-confidential patterns in future work.

Confidentiality

Both parties treat non-public business and technical information as confidential and use it only for the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law or already public through no fault of the receiving party.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or goodwill.

Website use

You may not misuse this site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content for competing services, or submit unlawful material through forms. Content is provided as-is for general information.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
